Your daily program consists of two Hatha Yoga classes (early morning + evening) including breathing pranayama techniques, two guided meditation sessions (optional), deliciously prepared vegetarian meals (breakfast and dinner).

Maximum of 10 participants.

07h00: Guided meditation (optional)

07h30: Yoga class

09h00: Breakfast

Break of silence

10h00: Free time to explore the surroundings or go to the beach

16h30: Guided meditation (optional)

17h00: Yoga class

19h15: Dinner

20h30: Kirtan or free time
